Lead For Success has been created to equip managers with the fundamental tools and frameworks to break out of the status quo, elevate team performance and build momentum to deliver outstanding results.
Designed to deliver bottom line impact, the program provides the knowledge, tools and support for managers to address present issues; identify opportunities for improving outcomes; and strategies to effectively manage through change.

Defining what success looks like: for self, for others, for organisation (results)
Understanding the three leadership ‘hats’ of Manager, Advocate and Coach and when and how to wear them
Creating psychologically safe cultures and high trust relationships to support performance excellence
Communicating with influence and impact against backdrops of change
Evaluating, developing and aligning performance: ‘Frank Conversations’
Building commercial confidence: managing productive, efficient and commercial levers to deliver success
Coaching for success: building capability and succession.
Designed as a 6-9 month program, it is inclusive of workshops, individual coaching sessions, team mentoring and webinars and is aligned with in-house project deliverables.
