Accelerated Search Program

With statistics suggesting that up to 85% of today’s roles are never publicly advertised the need for a well-considered search strategy has never been more relevant. To successfully navigate this hidden job market you will need to know how to recognise and uncover potential opportunities, leverage networks in a genuine and authentic manner, and tailor your positioning and approach to engage meaningfully.

Our Accelerated Search Program complements this work by assisting you to develop and implement a tailored marketing plan including:

Global Career Transition

Our Global Careers Program is designed to assist you confidently and proactively manage your career upon your return to Australia.  In recognising that global transitions are more complex given the highly personal nature and impact on our individual and family lives, this program also seeks to help you identify other available support and networks to ensure a smooth transition.

All participants in the program will be provided with an introduction to the Insync Network Group.*

Using a structured framework, the program will assist individuals to:

Conduct an audit on the six ‘zones’ of repatriation to identify your personal and professional transition needs and priorities

Define your career priorities, ambitions and preferred pathways prior and / or upon return to Australia

Manage your relocation as part of an organisation in a way that ensures, productivity, engagement and performance is maximised; OR

Identify relevant opportunities and pathways within the Australian employment market

Create personal positioning to clearly articulate and link global experience with local relevance

Build up to date local market intelligence and industry knowledge

Engage in the end to end recruitment process with optional support for coaching during the induction and probationary period
